Our most common service is breed related styling, which includes: Health Check - Verbal or Written Report of any aberration of the condition of the pet’s eyes, ears, teeth, skin, body, and etc. you and your pet’s veterinarian. (Note: Eika is a Certified Veterinary Technician - No other groomer has the knowledge and understanding of veterinary medicine and grooming. We cannot cannot diagnose, prognose, prescribe, initiate treatment, or perform surgery.)
Pre-Clip - Trim Potty Area, Between Pads, Around Ear Opening; initial clip of length and breed specific trim set
Nails - Dremel/Sand– Dewclaws clipped
Anal Glands Expressed - External (or internal by a certified veterinary technician as needed) (Note: many groomers do not do this or charge extra for this service.)
Ears Cleaned - ear hair pulled if applicable to breed, ears flushed, wiped, & dried. Cotton balls placed to prevent noise pollution from high velocity dryer and to absorb any extra fluids.
Bath: 1-2 shampoo-rinse cycles depending on how dirty the pet
Conditioner - Always given, unless specified by a medicated shampoo (Note: many groomers do not do this or charge extra for this service.)
Dry - By hand, unless pet is intolerant, then timed & supervised cage drying
Brush & Comb
Finishing Clip - Final clipper work and scissoring of face, ears, paws, legs, tail, and outline if applicable to breed (Note: many groomers do not do this or charge extra for this service.)
Cat Grooming Services
Out most common cat service is a Lion Cut We also provide for cats the following on an individual basis: Brush & Nail Trim Only or Bath & Brush Only
